Kolbe Coffee's single origin coffee is sourced from Guadalupe Farms Cooperative- a coffee farming cooperative based in Nicaragua that includes 27 Catholic families that cultivate specialty grade coffee (top 3% of quality in the world). The cooperative, founded within a Catholic community, works directly with local producers and builds long-term relationships where family, dignified work, and excellence in every lot are valued.

Guadalupe Roastery, Kolbe Coffee's strategic collaborator and a company striving to faithfully integrate the faith into business practices, continues to roast and package our coffee sourced from Guadalupe Farms Cooperative. They have years of experience in roasting, long standing relationships with farming families, and established sourcing and packaging capabilities. The strategic alliance allows Kolbe Coffee to completely focus its efforts on executing initiatives that build demand for the coffee in the USA market.
